Returns Policy

Returns/Exchanges are ONLY allowed when an item received is damaged or is incorrect from what was ordered.

Incorrect item examples would be:

  • Different size than ordered
  • Different color than ordered
  • Different item than ordered 

Incorrect items or items with a manufacturers defect must be returned within 10 days of receipt. A replacement item will be provided at no cost.

Items that were received as ordered cannot be returned for issues with size, color or logo. (If a blue shirt, size medium is ordered and a blue shirt, size medium is shipped, it can’t be returned because it doesn’t fit or the customer doesn’t like the color.) Please use size charts available for each item to best determine your size before ordering.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping

  • Orders will ship when all items are complete and ready to ship.
  • Orders including decorate on demand items, such as apparel, will ship within 10-12 business days of ordering.  In the event of a backorder of an item, you will be notified via email.
